Aryal Technologies Pty Ltd is an Australian software development company specialising in:

• Proposals are valid for 90 days, unless otherwise specified.

All invoices must be paid according to the schedule outlined in the signed project agreement.

If payments are late or missed, Aryal Technologies may:

• pause work or provision of services;
• delay delivery timelines;
• apply late fees where applicable;
• recover reasonable costs incurred for debt collection.

Aryal Technologies provides optional ongoing Support, Maintenance, and Hosting services after project handover.

Aryal Technologies respects the confidentiality of all client data and project information.

We handle all data in accordance with:

• Australian Privacy Principles (APPs)
• Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)
• Our Data Protection Statement
• Signed Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)

We never sell, trade, or misuse personal or business data.

To the maximum extent permitted under Australian law:

• Aryal Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, data, revenue, reputation, or business opportunity.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Either party may terminate a service agreement according to the termination conditions specified in the signed project contract.

Aryal Technologies reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• invoices remain unpaid past the due date;
• the client breaches contractual obligations;
• the project presents legal, ethical, or reputational risks; or
• continuation becomes unfeasible due to safety, compliance, or security concerns.

Our website may contain links to external websites or integrate third-party tools. Aryal Technologies is not responsible for:

• the accuracy, security, or content of third-party sites;
• downtime or failure caused by external services;
• data handling practices of third-party platforms.

Use of such external platforms is at your discretion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the ACT and Australia.
